Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 medium bananas
- 4 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- dash of sea salt
Instructions:
- Place a small handful of cashews on the side for garnish. Place the rest of the raw cashews in food processor until smooth (about 5 minutes). If you don't have food processor, you can skip a step by buying raw cashew butter and adding 1/2 cup of raw cashew butter to blender.
- Place avocados in food processor (or blender).
- Peel bananas and place them in food processor (or blender) with cashew butter and avocado.
- Blend until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape sides into the mix if needed.
- Add cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and dash of sea salt.
- Blend again until all the ingredients are mixed using a spatula to assist if needed.
- Chop the remaining cashews.
- Scoop 1/2 cup serving into small glass or bowl. Sprinkle with chopped cashews. It can be served immediately or chilled if desired.
