Avocado and Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 ripe peach, seeded and peeled
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 oz. scoop vanilla whey sweetened protein powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • dash of cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp. agave (or to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Place avocado, peach, almond milk, water, spice, protein powder, and agave in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth consistency. Sweeten with agave until desired.
  2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
