Ingredients:
- 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 head Bibb lettuce
- 1 ruby red grapefruit
- 1 navel orange
- 1/2 cup black walnuts, toasted
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
Instructions:
- Clean and spin dry lettuce, tear in bite size pieces and place on a chilled plate.
- Peel and section orange and grapefruit.
- Peel and section avocado.
- On top of lettuce arrange alternately a section of orange, section of avocado, section of grapefruit in a circular manner and repeat.
- Sprinkle with toasted black walnuts and top with alfafa sprouts. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing. Served chilled.
