Ingredients:

  • 2 bread slices
  • mayonnaise
  • dill weed
  • 1/2 or more ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1 bologna slice
  • 1 Provolone cheese (or Muenster) slice

Instructions:

  1. Spread the mayo on 1 slice toasted/untoasted bread.
  2. Shake dill weed onto bread to your liking.
  3. Arrange sliced avocados on other slice of bread.
  4. Top avocado slices with the bologna, cheese and other slice of bread.
