Ingredients:
- 1 box dark chocolate fudge brownies
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed until smooth (half the avocado)
Instructions:
- Empty brownie mix, add egg, water and mashed avocado.
- Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes).
- Spread into greased pan and bake immediately.
- Bake following chart in reference to size of pan: 13" x 9", bake 21-23 minutes / 9" x 9", bake 27-30 minutes / 8 x 8", bake 31-34 minutes.
