Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 /4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. honey
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Gently mash the avocado and lemon juice with a fork.
- Add the ginger and honey until well combined. Salt to taste.
- Spread mash onto a cracker or piece of toast.
