Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup reserved Avocado Hummus
- 8 strips cooked turkey bacon
- 1 beef steak tomato, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread bread with Avocado Hummus.
- Layer each with 2 strips of bacon, 1 to 2 slices of tomato and 2 to 3 slices avocado.
- Top with sprouts and remaining bread slice.
