Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup reserved Avocado Hummus
  • 8 strips cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 beef steak tomato, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Spread bread with Avocado Hummus.
  2. Layer each with 2 strips of bacon, 1 to 2 slices of tomato and 2 to 3 slices avocado.
  3. Top with sprouts and remaining bread slice.
