Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (can be less) for flavor only
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and toss together. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes before serving and be ready for them with some wonderful tortilla chips around the bowl for the group of family and friends and ready for the game :)
