Ingredients:
- 2 bacon slices, cooked
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- sprouts (to taste)
- 1/2 ripe Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp. marinated Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 Tbsp. Feta cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp. herbed mayonnaise
- 2 thin slices of focaccia bread
