Ingredients:
- 1 (0.4 oz. pkg.) dry buttermilk ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 6 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and scooped out
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 dozen prepared spicy boneless chicken wings
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine dressing mix, mayonnaise, milk and sour cream, mixing until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, coarsely mash avocados and combine with lemon juice.
- Combine dressing with avocado mixture, stirring until all ingredients are mixed.
- Serve guacamole with prepared spicy chicken wings. The spicy flavor of the chicken will complement the cool, creamy flavor of the guacamole dish.
