Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 dates, pitted (or sweetener to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients, except ice, in a high powered blender for several minutes until smooth.
- Add ice, blend to desired thickness, serve and enjoy.
- To save time and soften dates for easier blending, place all ingredients in the blender, except ice, in the fridge up 24 hours before blending.
