Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 small-sized favorite tomato, diced
  • 1 large-sized garlic clove, diced
  • 1 small-sized or half regular-sized sweet onion, diced
  • 1 mild jalapeño (light colored jalapenos may be mild), diced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. Dice all vegetables and the avocado.
  2. Gently mix them together with salt and lemon juice.
  3. Serve with chips.
