Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 small-sized favorite tomato, diced
- 1 large-sized garlic clove, diced
- 1 small-sized or half regular-sized sweet onion, diced
- 1 mild jalapeño (light colored jalapenos may be mild), diced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Dice all vegetables and the avocado.
- Gently mix them together with salt and lemon juice.
- Serve with chips.
