Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. salsa
- 2 Tbsp. homemade taco season
Homemade Taco Season
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/8 cup ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
- Score the avocado with a knife.
- Drizzle with olive oil- Sprinkle with taco season.
- Grill, flesh side down 2 minutes.
- Rotate 180 degrees and continue grilling 2 more minutes.
- Flip the avocado over, skin side down, add cheese and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
