Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. homemade taco season
  • Homemade Taco Season

  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/8 cup ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Score the avocado with a knife.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil- Sprinkle with taco season.
  3. Grill, flesh side down 2 minutes.
  4. Rotate 180 degrees and continue grilling 2 more minutes.
  5. Flip the avocado over, skin side down, add cheese and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
