Ingredients:
- 5 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Coarsely mash avocados. Add chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic powder, onions, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
- Serve with tortilla chips or make tacos topped with shredded lettuce.
