Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/3 cup Feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • cracked pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado
  2. Toast the bread
  3. Spread 1/3 of the avocado on each slice of bread
  4. Sprinkle with Feta cheese
  5. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil
  6. Crack pepper over the toast
  7. Can add any fresh herbs you like, mint, basil, etc.
  8. Eat and enjoy!
