Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 3 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/3 cup Feta cheese crumbles
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- cracked pepper
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado
- Toast the bread
- Spread 1/3 of the avocado on each slice of bread
- Sprinkle with Feta cheese
- Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil
- Crack pepper over the toast
- Can add any fresh herbs you like, mint, basil, etc.
- Eat and enjoy!
