Sweet and Easy Avocado Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 unflavored gelatin envelope
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • fresh whipping cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the envelope of unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup warm water. Mix well.
  2. In a blender, add 3 large avocados, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and the juice of 2 lemons. Blend well.
  3. Add gelatin mixture to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker pie crust, cover and let set in fridge for 2 hours.
