Ingredients:
- 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 unflavored gelatin envelope
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- fresh whipping cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the envelope of unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup warm water. Mix well.
- In a blender, add 3 large avocados, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and the juice of 2 lemons. Blend well.
- Add gelatin mixture to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker pie crust, cover and let set in fridge for 2 hours.
