Vegetarian Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocados with potato masher.
  2. Using hand mixer on low add other ingredients as listed except almond milk.
  3. Once smooth and creamy, slowly add almond milk mixing on highest speed.
  4. Chill completely before serving.
