Favorite way to eat fresh avocados? Avocados are a true multitasker in my kitchen! They add luscious creaminess (plus fiber and key nutrients) to smoothies and make the perfect topper for my veggie burgers and sushi bowls. At snacktime, I love mashing avocado onto a rice cake with Everything But the Bagel seasoning—it’s the perfect creamy, crunchy, savory combo. I’ll even swap avocado for mayo in tuna salad for a fresh, healthy twist.
