- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and chilled
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 2 1/3 cup non fat milk, chilled
- 2 Tbsp. agave syrup
- 12 mint leaves
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Notes & Tips:
Variation: For a lighter, sweeter version of this creamy little drink, replace the milk with apple juice.
