Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients except the yogurt to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Spoon the yogurt onto the insides of your glass and spread with a spoon to create “clouds”. Pour the pureed smoothie inside and enjoy.
