Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat creamy milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 ripe avocado, diced (for creamy texture and a boost of nutrition)
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender flowers (optional, for a relaxing aroma)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine oat milk, avocado, blue spirulina powder, vanilla extract, raw honey and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and foamy.
