Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic heads, roasted
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Roughly mash avocado. (Texture should not be smooth).
- Fold remaining ingredients into avocado. Chill 1 hour to marry flavors.
