Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved and pitted
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Crackers to serve (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice avocado in half and remove the pit. Add 1 teaspoon of the balsamic vinegar to each of the avocado halves. Sprinkle with a dash of ground black pepper and salt.
- To serve, use a spoon or whole grain crackers to scoop out bite-sized pieces of the avocado.
