Recipe Description:
Bake these flourless peanut butter avocado cookies, packed with oats and dark chocolate chips, for a delicious Halloween treat. Decorate with chocolate spiders and candy eyes for spooky fun!

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. agave nectar or honey
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine wet ingredients until well mixed.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
For the spiders:
- Melt some chocolate chips in the microwave. Let cool for a minute and place in a Ziploc bag. Cut a tiny part of the tip of one corner of the bag. Draw the spiders with melted chocolate out of the bag. Pop a couple of candy eyes, and enjoy!
