Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth/bouillon (start by using 1/2 cup and add more per desired consistency)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. non-fat plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 tsp. herb of choice: cilantro, basil, tarragon, dill (may use more if fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- salt (to taste - broth/bouillon has salt, so may not be required)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth, may garnish with avocado slices or cubes and dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
- Serve warm or cool.
