  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste


  1. Gently mash the avocado and lemon juice with a fork.
  2. Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper until well combined. Salt to taste.
  3. Spread mash onto a cracker or piece of toast.
