Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 (6 oz. pkg.) Greek-style nonfat yogurt (banana, pineapple or vanilla flavor)
- 1 very ripe banana, frozen, peeled and diced
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- sweetener (optional, as desired)
Instructions:
- Place juice, yogurt, banana, and avocado in a blender. With the blender on the smoothie or purée setting, blend until smooth.
