Ingredients:
- 1 small-sized red apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced
Instructions:
- Cook apple in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl mash apple, avocado and banana until smooth.
- Serve baby 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture. Freeze remainder in 1 ounce ice cube trays.
