Ingredients:
- 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla, peppermint or coconut extract
Instructions:
- Place avocados, bananas, chocolate syrup and flavored extract of your choice in a food processor. Cover and puree until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a shallow plastic or glass container with a tight lid. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours before serving.
