Fresh avocados and bananas blend into this rich and creamy dairy-free dessert. Scoop up the nutritional benefits: each serving is a good source of potassium and excellent source of fiber!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 2 large ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla, peppermint or coconut extract

Instructions:

  1. Place avocados, bananas, chocolate syrup and flavored extract of your choice in a food processor. Cover and puree until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a shallow plastic or glass container with a tight lid. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours before serving.
