Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 4 tsp. cacao nibs (optional topping)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the avocado, in a blender or food processor and blend until combined.
  2. Add the avocado, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed, blending until very smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide into 4 ramekins or small bowls and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, top with cacao nibs if desired, and serve immediately.
