Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 12 endive Leaves (about 2 heads)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup store-bought balsamic reduction glaze

Instructions:

  1. Dividing equally, spoon avocado into endive leaves. Repeat with Parmesan cheese
  2. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze into each endive boat.
