California seedless grapes and fresh avocado combine for a creamy-sweet smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place yogurt, grapes and avocado in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Add lemonade concentrate and ice and blend to mix. Pour and serve.
