Ingredients:
- 1 (6 oz. pkg.) Greek-style nonfat yogurt (honey or vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, diced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Place yogurt, avocado, honeydew and honey in a blender in the order listed. With the blender on the smoothie or puree setting, blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again. (Use the ice crush setting if available.)
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
