Ingredients:
- 2 cups Kale Avocado Salad with Roasted Carrots
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- In a food processor, place Kale Avocado Salad with Roasted Carrots, fresh avocado, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice and salt
- puree until smooth.
- Add hot water 1/4 of a cup at a time, until desired thickness.
