Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Kale Avocado Salad with Roasted Carrots
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, place Kale Avocado Salad with Roasted Carrots, fresh avocado, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice and salt
  2. puree until smooth.
  3. Add hot water 1/4 of a cup at a time, until desired thickness.
