Get Started

Servings:

  • Recipe serving size: 1 slushie (8 oz)
  • Number of servings:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of water (adjust as needed)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • Lime slices and tajin, to serve

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and puree until smooth, using the blender wand to push the ingredients towards the blade for better blending. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add more water - a ¼ cup at a time.
  2. Serve right after blending, garnishing glasses with sliced lime and a bit of tajin.

Notes & Tips:

If you don’t have a blender, you can try blending these in a food processor instead.
