Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup fresh ripe pineapple pieces
- 1 cup strong brew black or green tea, chilled
- 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup boba tapioca balls, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup ice cubes
- honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Place avocado, pineapple, brewed tea and milk in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Layer boba balls, ice and avocado tea in two large glasses. Sweeten with honey to taste, if desired. Serve immediately.
