Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and quartered
- 4 rice crackers
- 4 Tbsp. 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- On each rice cracker, spread 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
- Coarsely chop one quarter of the avocado over the yogurt.
- With a fork, mash avocado and spread evenly over yogurt.
- Season with ½ teaspoon of the bagel seasoning and salt to taste.
