Recipe Description:

These quick snacks are easy to share with kids and a delicious way to boost fruit intake.

  • Recipe serving size: 2 skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into 24 bite-sized pieces
  • 6 fresh strawberries, cut in halves
  • 12 blackberries or raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 12 4-inch wooden skewers

Instructions:

  1. Stack each skewer with two pieces of avocado, one piece of strawberry and one blackberry/raspberry. Drizzle with honey.

Notes & Tips:

Tip: Sprinkle avocado pieces with lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.
