Recipe Description:

This avocado and blueberry blend is full of antioxidants (aka vitamins) who fight the “bad guys” that try to make your little one sick.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup low fat milk (may substitute with almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (use same amount of frozen blueberries when fresh are not available)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (may substitute with 2 Tbsp. sugar)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!
