Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup low fat milk (may substitute with almond milk)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (use same amount of frozen blueberries when fresh are not available)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (may substitute with 2 Tbsp. sugar)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
