Recipe Description:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. chile powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • 4 tomatoes, diced

Instructions:

  1. Place avocados in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, chile powder, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Using a fork, mix together while partially mashing the avocado.
  2. Add tomatoes and stir to combine.
