Ingredients:
- 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled (about 8 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped, well drained
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 Serrano chile, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- tortilla chips
Instructions:
- Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine avocados and lime juice.
- Fold in tomato, green onion, cilantro, chile, oregano, and salt.
- To store, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
