Ingredients:
- 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, or more to taste
- créme fraiche for garnish
- 2 tsp. chives, chopped
Instructions:
- Place avocado, cream, chicken broth, salt and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more salt and lime juice if necessary.
- Chill before serving with a tiny dollop of créme fraiche and a sprinkle of chopped chives.
