Guacamole isn’t just for parties—it deserves a spot on your breakfast plate, too. Made with nutrient-dense avocados, this easy breakfast guacamole is a delicious way to start your day. Add fresh, flavorful toppings like pickled red onions, peaches and hot honey, or mix and match your favorites to make it your own.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Add the diced avocado to a bowl and partially mash with a fork.
  2. Add the red onion, lime juice, jalapeno, salt, and cumin. Stir well. Add the fresh cilantro and stir again.
  3. Choose your favorite toppings from the list below and serve alongside your favorite breakfast foods for an extra boost of nutrition.
