This frozen treat pairs creamy avocado and chocolate and cinnamon for an easy treat.

Ingredients:
- 1 (12 fl. oz.) can fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels (6 oz.)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 8 (5 oz.) paper cups
- 8 wooden craft sticks
Instructions:
- Heat evaporated milk, chocolate morsels, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering
- stir until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Place avocado and chocolate mixture into a blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
- Divide into 8 - 5 oz. paper cups. Cover cups with aluminum foil. Insert one stick through the center of each foil.
- Freeze for 4 hours until firm.
- Tip: Frozen treat molds may be used. Yield may vary.
