Fruit & Avocado Cocktail with Chile + Limón

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon, chopped into chunks
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, chopped into chunks
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy fruit seasoning powder
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 coconut, shredded

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the chopped fruits, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the spicy fruit seasoning and 3/4 of the lime juice.
  2. Toss well to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the avocado chunks with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of spicy fruit seasoning and the remaining lime juice.
  4. To plate, spoon the fruit onto a chilled serving plate and then spoon the avocado pieces on top.
  5. Top with the shredded coconut and serve immediately.

Notes & Tips:

For added flavor, sprinkle an extra teaspoon of the spicy fruit seasoning on top of the fruit.
