- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 English cucumber, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- salt (to taste)
Instructions:
