Try a club sandwich recipe that’s a big HIT! This easy club sandwich goes beyond your customary stacked white bread sandwich to feature avocado, grilled chicken and ranch dressing on tasty flatbread.

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 4 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
- 4 (6 in.) flatbreads
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 tomato slices
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- low-fat ranch dressing (as needed)
Instructions:
- In a sealable plastic bag, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chicken, close and rotate to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium hot coals for 4 minutes per side, turning once. Remove chicken from grill and slice into 1/2-inch strips.
- Warm flatbreads on grill.
- Lay out flatbreads and top one half of each with lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon and avocado.
- To serve, drizzle with dressing and fold flatbreads in half.
