Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 1/2 cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and/or blueberries)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
Instructions:
- Place avocado, berries, orange juice, water, ice cubes and flax seed in a blender, cover and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
