Ingredients:
- 6 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, diced
- 1 to 2 habanero peppers, seeded, de-ribbed, minced
- 4 limes, juiced
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
