Morir Soñando means ‘to die dreaming’. It is an orange and milk drink from the Dominican Republic that is dreamy already, and with avocado we can picture ourselves drinking this on the beach.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plant-based milk (oats or almond milk- no sugar added)
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice (about the juice of 2 oranges)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice (about the juice of 1 lemon)
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 2 tsp. agave nectar
- Ice cubes or crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.
- Serve with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and avocado.
